“Therefore, my beloved brothers…

Have you felt the growing tension this year?

Truth is no longer accepted as truth. History is being revised. Foundational freedoms and protections now stand in question...

Even attending church safely can no longer be taken for granted!

The war between good and evil is being waged everywhere, yet for those of us who know and trust the Lord, 1 Corinthians 15:58 sets our focus,

“…stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”

It is a great blessing to labor in the Lord with you! Your partnership with us at Christian Heritage is critical in building a strong upcoming generation.

We’re excited to tell you that a Puget Sound family has graciously offered a matching gift so that donations received from now to the end of the year can be DOUBLED up to $10,000!

If your Christian Heritage Annual Report hasn't arrived, you should be receiving it soon! But in case you're not on our mailing list, we've attached an important part of it for you to see now!

We hope as you read, you’ll be encouraged and...

  • See the impact of your faithfulness in the faces of our youth!
  • Learn how your partnership will allow us to keep resources available to strengthen families!
  • Help others as they endeavor to disciple and home educate their children!

Please prayerfully consider making a Partnership Donation at one of these giving levels:

  • FamilyPartner
  • FoundingFamily
  • HeritageKeeper
  • GenerationBuilder
  • Christian Heritage Sentinel Monthly Giving Partner

Any amount you can give will be a blessing to other like-minded families, so please give as God leads! ...and remember ALL GIFTS WILL BE DOUBLED IF RECEIVED BY DEC 31st!

We pray you have a very Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year!

Thank you for loving others well!

Laboring together makes the difference!

Nurturing, training and developing a culture of love and service in your family – pointing each relationship, each individual heart to Jesus – is no easy task.

That’s why gathering together is so important!  And why we at Christian Heritage work hard to provide meaningful events and resources...

  • To enjoy fellowship with other families.
  • To gain tools and encouragement that will strengthen you in your calling.
  • And, to help you feel inspired that what you’re doing is important, worthwhile and has a much higher purpose than you can ever imagine.

We love our Christian Heritage community! Just listen to one new person’s experience at a Regional Homeschool Kick Off Picnic…

“My heart is full, today I went to a homeschool picnic not knowing ANYONE and I left that place feeling so refreshed. It’s so amazing how true God’s word is when he advises us to gather with those of the same spirit. Watching all the children roam free and playing till dark and women gathering together to talk about the Lord and not about things that are meaningless. That was so refreshing! Most mamas had 6+ blessings and I just loved the peace that they carried. I learned so much not only about homeschooling but how beautiful it is to gather with those who know God’s word and live it.” – a first year homeschooling parent

Your love for Jesus shines brightly!

Grateful Hearts Moved to Action!

Two Young Women Gave Back this Summer!

What a heart of gratitude looks like...

When Sarah Booy and Heather VanGelder began thinking about all of the wonderful events they had attended with Christian Heritage – conferences and picnics filled with fellowship with other families, inspirational teaching and great opportunities to grow in their love for Jesus,... their heart of gratitude was stirred.

Moved to action and the full support of their families, they planned an event for a lovely summer day in August.

“We have been blessed by Christian Heritage, and want to bless CH by organizing this fundraiser and encouraging fellowship among other like minded families!”

When it was all said and done, the two awesome young women raised over $2,000 for Christian Heritage, blessed MANY families who were able to attend and answered the praise they received,

“We couldn’t have done it without the support of our families’ and all of you there! All the glory goes to God!!”

This kind of service minded partnership is what we at Christian Heritage pray for in our upcoming generation… and YOUR partnership is just as vital!

More than ever, we must raise up the next generation of godly men and women who will faithfully follow Christ as a light in an increasingly dark world.

Your help is needed …and to be sure, the world is watching!

A Day in the Life of a 2014 Christian Heritage Conference Attendee

2014conference-1

8:00 AM: We arrive at Overlake Christian Church and gape at the size of the parking lot, the building--everything! The minute we walk in, we're greeted by smiling people who get us registered and explain just how everything works. Excitement for the day runs high!

2014conference-2

8:15 AM: With some time before the first General Session, we explore the large vendor hall--or should I say begin to explore--because we quickly realize that we could spend several hours in here alone. For now, we're satisfied with a cursory overview that gives us an idea of what we'll want to come back to in the breaks throughout the day. (more…)

Gone in Only One Generation: The Battle for Kids’ Minds

Over 3,000 people heard from Ken Ham this weekend at the Christian Heritage 9th Annual Conference, and now you too can be challenged through this powerful article by Ken Ham!

Every generation has the same decision to make: Will I serve the God of the Bible or a false god? The “god of this world” may shift his seductions slightly from generation to generation, but the basic challenge is always the same. So Christians must be ever vigilant. Every newborn must be taught the truth from scratch or else that soul could be completely lost. While statistics indicate that churches and Christian homes are failing to reach kids, God has given us all the resources we need to turn the tide!

How long does it take to lose a culture, from a Christian perspective?

Webinar Recording: Raising Visionary Kids Who Engage the World for Christ, with Israel Wayne

Raising Visionary Kids - WayneHow do you teach children not to shy away from the giants of this world, but confront them fearlessly? How do you impart the tools of a culture-shaping Biblical worldview into the hands of your children, and also into their hearts? How do you disciple your toddlers and teenagers to become Christ-followers who engage the world for Him?

In this final broadcast of the spring series, Israel Wayne uses Scripture to get to the heart of the matter of raising visionary kids. He will challenge:

  • Kids to engage the world right now as part of their families.
  • Parents to set the example by engaging in Christ's battles themselves.
  • Everyone to remember this often overlooked truth: if you don't first engage the world for Christ side by side with your children, they will be ill-equipped to engage the world by themselves.

Are you engaging the world for Christ with your children?

Webinar Recording: Raising Visionary Kids by Teaching the Reasons Behind Rules

Raising Visionary Kids - Crawford
Do you want to raise authentic, heart-deep, God-loving kids or fake hypocrites? We are seeing a discouraging trend across the Christian landscape, of children leaving the faith as they enter the adult years, even among conservative, homeschooling families. While there are many theories about this dilemma, in the next segment of our spring webinar series, Raising Visionary Kids, Kelly Crawford will address one major element that could be missing from our parenting: helping our children understand why we do what we do in a way that will powerfully shape their worldview.
