2010 Mother-Daughter Tea Messages:

  • Foundations for Faithfulness - Maggie Erber
Women have a special role. We are the heart of the home! Ever feel discouraged, unable to meet up to expectations – your own, or others? Do you ever feel uncertain that in the end pouring yourself into your family will be worth it? Drawing from her 30 years as a home educating mother, Maggie recounts God’s faithfulness and brings practical ideas and encouragement that will help you be successful honoring the Lord as you faithfully minister to your family.
  • Pursuing Faithfulness – Jessica Erber
Faithfulness is a lifelong journey that we are called to take. It is a quest that each of us are on – a path we were placed on before we even took our first breath! Each path may have its differences, but we are pursuing the same goal: a life of joyful service to our Creator. He’s given us some clues as to how we each should walk that out, and as we follow those we can delight in the glory and beauty that He pours out on each step of the way!
  • Living in His Faithfulness – Maggie & Jessica Erber
Having known the faithfulness of the Lord, we ladies are free to live with an open heart and hand sharing it with those around us! God calls us to walk before Him in the “beauty” of holiness. God calls us to “rejoice” always. So we, as Christian women, should be the happiest, loveliest people on earth. It should flow out from deep within our hearts and we should know how to celebrate and share that joy with others!
  • PLUS A Daughter’s Testimony – Anna Sherman, Port Orchard, WA

I thank God that He is moving in the hearts of women to see their God-given purpose. I am slowly understanding that, and I appreciate how well . . . [you] put into words things that I have been feeling and pondering for a long time.” M.L.

~ Thank you so much for a lovely [Mother-Daughter Tea]. It helped to strengthen our convictions. Your godly daughters are now powerful role models for our twelve year old. My friends agreed with my comments . . . I love the talk about how our daughters can honor their brothers. Even though we’ve only been home less than a day, I can see a wonderful sweet serving attitude from our daughter toward her brothers and my husband and me. I hope I am showing nice improvement too in becoming more like Christ. Thank you for all your hard work. May the Lord be glorified! D.S.
