Doug Phillips

Doug Phillips is the founder & president of Vision Forum, a discipleship and training ministry that emphasizes Christian apologetics, world-view training, multi-generational faithfulness, and the crucial responsibility of fathers in family discipleship. He is a powerful communicator with a heart for home education and the restoration of the Christian family & culture to the glory of God. He is also a teaching elder of Boerne Christian Assembly near San Antonio, TX. Doug was trained as a Constitutional attorney and served for seven years with HSLDA. Steve and Teri Maxwell & Family

Steven and Teri Maxwell, the parents of eight children (one married), began their homeschool adventure in 1985. Steve is self-employed in his family business, Communication Concepts, Inc., along with his sons Nathan & Christopher. His daughter Sarah is business manager for the family’s Titus2.com ministry. For ten years, Steve & Teri led their local homeschool support group, and Steve was president of the Kansas state homeschool organization for two years. Steve & Teri and their family have authored nine books, actively maintain several websites for homeschooling families, and write monthly e-mail encouragement articles for homeschooling moms and dads. Brian Ray

Brian Ray is founder and president of the National Home Education Research Institute. A former secondary teacher in public & private schools and college professor on both undergraduate & graduate levels, he holds a Ph.D. in science education, an M.S. in zoology, and a B.S. in biology. He is a leading international expert with regard to home education research. Dr. Ray executes and publishes research, speaks to the public, testifies before legislators, and serves as an expert witness in courts.
