7:00-9:00 “Vendor-Hall-Evening” – - No speaking sessions (Open to Full Conference and Vendor Hall Only Pass holders)
- Friday, April 18th:
8:00-9:00 Registration – (Vendor Hall open for Full Conference registrants only)
9:00-5:30 Speaking Sessions
10:30-4:00 and 5:30-7:00 Vendor Hall Open – (Open to Full Conference and Vendor Hall Only Pass holders)
7:00-9:00 p.m. Friday Family Night with Patrick Henry Re-enactment, Homeschool Concert, & Keynote Address by Doug Phillips

8:00-8:30 Registration – (Vendor Hall not open)

PLEASE NOTE: Registration opens at 8:00 A.M. both Friday & Saturday. Come early on Friday to have time to register and shop before the first General Session. (No early shopping on Saturday.)

Family Night option for Full Conference Pass Registrants:
~ Full Conference Pass registrants may bring unmarried children & grandparents to Friday’s Family Night
~ No extra charge whether additional family members are registered for the full conference or not

Per each unmarried child (not participating in the Chorale) or grandparent attending with a Full Conference Registrant
(Please Note: Grandparents who also have children 19 and under whom they are homeschooling do not qualify for the Additional Family Member Pass. As homeschooling parents, they must purchase the Full Conference Pass to attend.)

Vendor Hall will be open during the entire conference for Full Conference Registrants except during the four General Sessions and Friday’s Family Night.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation refunds are subject to a 20% refund fee.
- Refunds can be given only for unavoidable changes in plans due to sudden illness, serious illness or death in extended family, unexpected out-of-state move, etc.
- Refund requests must be made in writing by April 30th via NC@ChristianHeritageOnline.org or by mail to: Christian Heritage Treasurer, 11716 S. Player Dr, Spokane, WA 99223. Refunds will be paid by check only, so be sure to give your name and mailing address so your refund check can be mailed to you.
- We are not able to exchange conference registrations for CD’s. If you must cancel and wish to obtain conference CD’s in place of your registration fee, you will need to make two separate transactions: 1) Request refund as above, 2) follow normal online CD ordering procedures.
